Weigh-in Wednesday: Scaling Back on the Scale

I know as well as anyone that the scale is not the most accurate marker to track weight loss. Everyone’s weight fluctuates throughout the day and we women have the added bonus of our monthly courses that can make it appear we’ve had a setback.

Even armed with this knowledge, I’ve recently gotten hooked on weighing myself daily and sometimes *gulp* multiple times a day. I found myself doing this at time when my nutrition and fitness weren’t on point hoping for some magical result.
