Adam Scott two-putts for birdie at 17 to move to -10 just one back of Koepka. Koepka hits his tee shot at 16 over the green into deep rough. After a long wait on the 16 tee Woodland hits an ugly tee shot wide right on the par 3. Jason Day finished off a round of 67 with a par at 18. He’s also tied with the group at -8.
Don’t love the idea of him playing 46 holes in two days (and he probably doesn’t either) but he’s a world-class grinder. He won’t let it rattle him. Plus that steamy weather should help keep his back oily. His glutes too.
At 3 Kisner for birdie…comes up about 2 revolutions short. He’ll stay -8. And charging up ahead is none other than Jordan Spieth who kicks in a birdie on 8 to move to -6. Things are happening at Bellerive.
